May 6, 2008 - Governor Matt Blunt joins First Lady Melanie Blunt as they host a reception for the Federated Garden Clubs of Missouri.  Mrs. Blunt helps over 300 members celebrate their 75th anniversary.  Mrs. Blunt is an Honorary Lifetime member of the Federated Garden Clubs of Missouri.
